This privacy policy governs your use of the applications IncidentView, IncidentView Inspect and IncidentView Editor (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Alsea Geospatial, Inc.
We respect the privacy of your information. We provide this explanation about our information practices as a show of our commitment to protect your privacy.
The Application obtains the information you provide when you download the Application. That information may include (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password, and other personally-identifying or registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Application, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information and project management information.
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
When you visit the mobile application, we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location to effectively provide the services of the Application.
If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application. However, you should note that this may affect your overall experience with the Application.
We may use your e-mail address and phone number to contact you regarding administrative notices, new product offerings and communications relevant to your use of the Application. We will not send you promotions or announcements unless you give us permission to do so.
We may also use or disclose information to resolve disputes, investigate problems, or enforce any user agreement we may have. At times, we may review status or activity of multiple users to do so. We may disclose or access information whenever we believe in good faith that the law so requires or if we otherwise consider it necessary to do so to maintain service and improve our products and services.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain automatically-collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate.
We employ reasonable and current security methods to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information to operate, develop, or improve our Application.
Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information over the Internet or via any wireless network, that information can be collected and used by others.
